Bring the family and enjoy time working out together! Bonding while getting in shape and sweating together! Whether you want to focus on one sport, or just build your fitness this is a great way to bring yourselves and your health together! Ladder drills, cone drills, various medicine ball exercises, kickboxing and so much more is available and placed into your family programming. Each program is specifically written for your family and your families interests and goals. Price is $30/per person. No children under the age of 13 please.
